These scissors are built with heft. Overall they cut meat easily. The scissors may be a little on the heavy side but they work well.

Kitchen Scissors All Purpose Heavy Duty Come Apart, Titanium Plated Kitchen Shears
These are some nice upscale shears. They have heft and feel great in the hand. They have a sure steady movement.mi love that they come apart and are dishwasher safe. I wish they came with a refrigerator magnetic mount. Luckily I have one from a cheaper set and have repurposed it to mount this one to my fridge. It’s so much better looking too. It looks as nice as it feels. This is a quality shears. And I do recommend them.

These kitchen shears have replaced an old, mostly useless pair I owned. So far I have only used them for cutting. But what a great job they do! I’ve used them to snip fresh dill-they’d be good for any herbs, especially chives. They cut through pizza, even thicker slices, without dragging the toppings. My favorite use though has been to cut through slices of raw bacon. I’ve previously struggled with knives to perform that job. No more. I couldn’t believe how easily the shears cut through. I’m not sure how many other things I’ll be using them for, but they will remain handy and ready!
