When I ordered his knife, I did not fully read the description. This knife is gigantic! I have another chef‘s knife that needed replacing, so I ordered this knife. My other chef‘s knife is much smaller. This will work great for my husband, but this is too large for my use. The blade looks to be high quality, and my husband reports that it cuts through very well.

I bought this full tang chef’s knife specifically to tackle my BBQ prep, and it has been an absolute game-changer! From slicing brisket to cutting ribs and everything in between, this knife handles it all with ease.
The blade is razor-sharp right out of the box and glides through meat like butter, making prep work so much faster and more enjoyable. The full tang construction gives it a sturdy, well-balanced feel in the hand, which I really appreciate when working with larger cuts of meat.

This is a knife that is going to get a lot of use! It is gorgeous, well balanced, strong and very sharp. I know this doesn’t have much bearing on capabilities, but this knife is a piece of art! It is beautiful. The knife is sits comfortably in your hand, making chopping or cutting quite simple. The blade is made of Molybdenum/Vanadium stainless steel, making it extra strong and rust resistant. The edge is very sharp, with a gentle curve making it great for chopping, dicing, slicing, and mincing.

My first impression of the knife is that it is well made and is light weight in the hand. This should be very easy to sharpen as it is a mild steel much like 440A SS. If you take care of it, I think you would be very pleased for a budget minded knife.
It comes with a case that is nice but all around I’m happy.

This knife is stunning. It comes in it’s own protective case which is really nice but the knife itself is of course the star of the show. The black styling is sleek and clean and it’s very lightweight and easy to hold and work with. The blade is thin and extremely sharp. Sure to go through anything you throw at it. Love it.

Metal composure can sharpen as needed.. a huge must to maintain a cut quality and lifespan (note- not all knives can be sharpened!!) Ergonomic grip has a weighted presence yet, doesn’t feel heavy in the hand and provides a smooth rotation of the wrist. Design has a sleek appearance.. and will easily become your “go to” option! I find myself reaching for it every chance I can..
