This is a really super knife. It is super shark and keeps its sharpness after a few months now. It looks really cool in the black. It feels really balanced in your hand. It a really great knife for the price. You could spend hundreds of dollars on name brand knives but why would you when this really does the job. I highly recommend this knife.

I’m a knife collector. It’s a bit of a habit. Whenever I see a good kitchen knife at a decent price, I usually order it.
This one comes packaged nicely and included a very sturdy fork that has so far helped me lift two roasts and a half ham without difficulty.
I usually don’t care too much about initial sharpness as I own an electric knife sharpener that can put a good edge on the dullest of blades. However, this comes out of the box ready to work. The first time I reached for it, I didn’t take note of which knife I had grabbed. I just knew that I needed to cut some cucumber. My first cut slid through so effortlessly that I almost cut myself. I actually had to look at which knife I grabbed as even the freshly sharpened ones are never THIS sharp.
Had it about a month and its never yet landed in my “needs sharpening” drawer. I’m impressed with this one.

I asked my son, the head chef at a popular Italian restaurant, to examine this knife set, and he stated that it was a solid buy. He is the knife collector in the family and knows quality when he sees it.
The set came beautifully boxed. The carving knife and fork are well-balanced, surprisingly lightweight, and look modern and professional. This knife is made from high-carbon stainless steel and will hold a sharp edge for a long time without rusting. It’s nonstick-coated, a feature I did not have with my kitchen knives. This feature makes slicing through meat smooth and effortless. I sliced through brisket, turkey, ham, and roast chicken and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was.
The 12″ carving fork is long and strong. I used it to turn over a large roast. It anchors the meat and does not tear it up or slide off.
This set costs a fraction of those premium names. It’s a keeper for me. There’s not much to complain about. It’s sharp and gets my chef son’s seal of approval.
If you want a carving set that slices like butter, looks gorgeous, and gets the job done, this set is worth considering. It is sharp and precise, has beautiful packaging, is perfect for gifting, is lightweight and well-balanced, is restaurant-grade quality at a not-so-scary price, and has a classy black design. Just keep in mind that it is NOT dishwasher safe. I like it so much that I am looking for matching steak knives or a cutting board to go along with it.

This chef’s knife is highly functional, exceptionally sharp, and performs excellently. It quickly slices whole roasts and vegetables into even portions, making it ideal for tasks like chopping cabbage for coleslaw or sauerkraut. The knife maintains its edge well, and a quick thirty seconds on a V-type kitchen knife sharpener does the trick when it needs sharpening. It cuts everything I expect from a knife of this quality and more. It slices thin pieces of meat and seafood exceptionally well and produces nice, even cuts of tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, and onions. It also handles cutting watermelon into chunks very effectively. This is an excellent knife for any cooking requiring uniform slices or chopped ingredients.
The carving fork is considerably better than the average and features a better design. The two prongs are well-spaced, and the high arch allows the carving knife to easily pass between them for continued slicing. The fork is solidly constructed and does not sag, preventing food from sliding off as cheaper forks often do.
The full tang design is a definite plus and adds stability. My wife washes them by hand with the regular dishes, and they hold up well without any issues. The product description, color, and photos are accurate, and the items arrived within two days without any problems. Despite its higher cost, I am delighted with this set and would definitely get it again

This is a fantastic set. Knife is very sharp!

This is so sharp it sliced through my favorite silicone cutting mat. I was a little sad but also a little impressed. I’m back to using only solid wood butcher blocks again, because of how sharp this knife is.

A very nice high quality razor sharp chef knife for use in any kitchen. This knife sliced cleanly and easily through a rack of pork ribs using just the weight of the knife. It has a nice case and a guard for the tip keeping it a bit safer while being stored or transported. Excellent price for it as well, overall, I’m very impressed with it. 5 stars! I hope this review helps and thank you for taking the time tor read it. Should anything notable happen while I use this product I’ll update my review for you here. Thank you!

Pros:
Sharp and Serrated: The serrated edge effectively cuts through soft cheeses and tomatoes without crushing them.
High-Quality Steel: X70Cr17MoV stainless steel is known for its durability and resistance to corrosion.
Non-Stick Coating: Reduces food sticking to the blade, making it easier to clean.
Full Tang Construction: Provides strength and balance, ensuring a comfortable grip and efficient cutting.
Versatile: Suitable for various tasks beyond cheese, including slicing tomatoes, fruits, and even bread.
Includes Storage Case: Protects the knife and keeps it organized.
Cons:
May Require Regular Sharpening: Like any serrated knife, it may need sharpening over time to maintain optimal cutting performance which is more challenging with a knife like this.
Black Coating May Wear Off: The black coating might wear off with heavy use or improper cleaning, potentially exposing the underlying steel.
Overall:
This 6-inch black cheese knife appears to be a well-made and versatile kitchen tool. Its sharp serrated edge, high-quality steel, and non-stick coating make it a good choice for slicing soft cheeses, tomatoes, and other delicate foods. The full tang construction and included storage case add to its value. This case for this knife may be nicer than the knife itself!

To start, the knife looks exactly like the photos on the site and is extremely sharp. I am not a knife expert, I know my way around a cutting board but I am not an accomplished cook. This knife is nicely balanced and handles well, the finish on the blade is sort of non-stick so it is easy to clean. The double point on the tip can be used to serve thin slices and the edge of the tip even with the cutting edge is not serrated but is razor sharp for precise cuts through soft tomato skins. This is a really nice knife, the case that ships with it has a cut-out foam and a mesh holder for the care instructions. I am not a good judge of value for high end knives, I really don’t spend a lot on kitchen tools but this is a quality knife that looks good and will be a welcome addition, recommend.

This knife cuts through EVERYTHING. I use it every day(for a few months now) and it has yet to lose its sharpness. Very great quality with a nice zippered case and tip protector. I am very impressed with this knife

This is a very nice cheese knife and it includes a zippered storage case (and blade cover). I like that it’s black, as it matches our slate lazy Susan, on which we normally serve various cheeses. It can be left out with the cheese, pieces can be cut as consumed, and the fork on the end makes it easy to place the cut cheese onto a plate or cracker. It’s a good value for the price.

I bought this full tang chef’s knife specifically to tackle my BBQ prep, and it has been an absolute game-changer! From slicing brisket to cutting ribs and everything in between, this knife handles it all with ease.
The blade is razor-sharp right out of the box and glides through meat like butter, making prep work so much faster and more enjoyable. The full tang construction gives it a sturdy, well-balanced feel in the hand, which I really appreciate when working with larger cuts of meat.
Not only is it functional, but it also looks fantastic—sleek and professional. It’s become a go-to tool in my kitchen, and I find myself reaching for it even outside of BBQ prep because it’s just that good.
If you’re serious about BBQ or just want a high-quality chef’s knife for everyday use, this is a must-have. It’s worth every penny and has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools! Highly recommended!

We don’t really own a cheese specific knife like this; at least not one nearly this nice. This thing is made of premium materials, is rock solid and has really strong serations that allow it to cut through cheese like butter. I think this would make an excellent gift for a holiday gathering hostess gift type thing. It is somewhat unique in its materials and design, feels like high quality, looks and feels great and it comes nicely packaged.

This 6-inch cheese knife is a stylish and practical tool for any kitchen. The sleek black design and high-quality stainless steel blade make it both aesthetically pleasing and highly effective. The serrated edge effortlessly slices through cheese, tomatoes, and other soft foods, while the non-stick coating ensures easy cleanup. The included storage case keeps the knife safe and protected.

This is a knife that is going to get a lot of use! It is gorgeous, well balanced, strong and very sharp. I know this doesn’t have much bearing on capabilities, but this knife is a piece of art! It is beautiful. The knife is sits comfortably in your hand, making chopping or cutting quite simple. The blade is made of Molybdenum/Vanadium stainless steel, making it extra strong and rust resistant. The edge is very sharp, with a gentle curve making it great for chopping, dicing, slicing, and mincing.

My first impression of the knife is that it is well made and is light weight in the hand. This should be very easy to sharpen as it is a mild steel much like 440A SS. If you take care of it, I think you would be very pleased for a budget minded knife.
It comes with a case that is nice but all around I’m happy.

When I ordered his knife, I did not fully read the description. This knife is gigantic! I have another chef‘s knife that needed replacing, so I ordered this knife. My other chef‘s knife is much smaller. This will work great for my husband, but this is too large for my use. The blade looks to be high quality, and my husband reports that it cuts through very well.
